For our guests who need an accessible unit please book the accessible Unit 1 - One Bedroom Villa (unit #1). Accessible unit is labeled. The accessible unit is Unit 1 - One Bedroom Villa (Accessible). If the accessible unit is not displayed for the dates selected, it is occupied.

Guaranteed unit if you book this accessible Unit 1 - One Bedroom Villa (unit #1). This accessible unit #1 is the unit that you will be provided with. (Policies and procedures are implemented to assure this.) As with all our individual units, reservations are made upon booking and payment by guests and the specific unit booked is held for the reserving guest. If you need an accessible unit, please book unit #1. Upon booking confirmation, the accessible unit #1 will be removed from all reservation systems and it will be held for the reserving guest upon payment and booking.

The building was constructed well before the ADA was passed and implemented. Barriers have been removed to the extent that they were readily achievable.
