(Policies and procedures are implemented to assure this.) As with all our individual units, reservations are made upon booking and payment by guests and the specific unit booked is held for the reserving guest. If you need an accessible unit, please book unit #1. Upon booking confirmation, the accessible unit #1 will be removed from all reservation systems and it will be held for the reserving guest upon payment and booking.
